This sound machine was given to me as a gift five years ago. I turned this machine on, set it to my favorite sound feature (which is "meditate"), and have never turned it off. It calms my space with soothing vibrations that settle my space, my self, and even my dog. When I put the machine in a corner of my bedroom and turned it on, my dog rested her head on the floor and lay there for hours, completely blissed out. I love the calming, soothing effects this wonderful sound machine adds to my home.
